'The Carriages' Wines
The Carriages vineyard and residence is located 20 minutes west of Echuca, Victoria. The residence consists of four lovingly restored railway carriages, dating back to the 1890's. All of the fruit that goes into The Carriages Wines is grown by the Johnson family. The low yielding vines ( approx 2 tonnes per acre) and controlled watering ensures high quality fruit. When the grapes reach optimal ripeness the bunches are hand picked. The wine is then made by Sam Plunkett and David Johnson and spends 12 months in new French and American Oak. Finally each bottle is hand labelled and marked with its own bottle number. | Note: We ship orders in boxes of 1 dozen (12) only - please ensure your selections total either 12, 24 , or 36 bottles etc.
